I have added another patch to remove ctdb/common/version.[ch].  It was
not necessary to have a ctdb_version_string defined as a variable.
Instead, use SAMBA_VERSION_STRING directly.

I have pushed the patches (the additional one with Martin's review) to
autobuild.
