[Release Planning] Samba 4.4 reached its end of life

Hi,

with today's release of Samba 4.7.0, the Samba 4.4 release series
reached its end of life.

Samba 4.5 is in the security fixes only mode now.

Samba 4.6 is in the maintenance mode and will see bugfix releases
approximately every 8 weeks.
