Is samba.netbios (pynbt.c) useful?

Hello.

I wanted to start with porting the module samba.netbios 
(libcli/nbt/pynbt.c) to Python 3 compatible form, but when I was looking 
for the tests, I found out that this module is used only in example code 
in python/examples/netbios.py.

Could you please help me to find tests for this module or at least usage 
of this module so I can write new tests?
