[SOCKET_WRAPPER][PATCH] Fix issues with open() on 32bit systems

Hi,

the attached patchset fixes:

https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12694

and increases the number of max wrapped interfaces. We just added 40 as IP 
address so we need to increase it.
