[PATCH] s3:winbindd: document "winbind:ignore domains"

I tinkered with this. Looks like if I create the xml doc with the 
parametric name, it not only doesn't generate the source, etc, but it 
also ignores adding it to the man page. So, looks like you're right that 
there's no easy way to do this.
