Thanks Bob.  My main concern is with the selection of a linkID for the
new tests.  I fear we will be back in the duplicate OID drama unless we
implement the auto-selection of a new linkID.  Thankfully the schema
master can do this safely with the magic oid from ADTS.

I realise this is another yak to shave, but I think it will be quite
worthwhile given the interest in routinely extending the schema.
