Fairly obvious really, add your local users to AD, delete your local
users, then make the new users 'local Unix users' again by adding
RFC2307 attributes to them, or just the 'rid' backend. This way way
you will only have one place to manage your users.

As Andreas said, you should ask questions like this on the Samba
mailing list.
