[PATCH] Drop database priority from CTDB

Hi,

With the addition of parallel recovery in CTDB, there is no need of
managing database priorities in CTDB.  They need to be used in Samba to
avoid deadlock with other Samba processes.

Here is a patch set that gets rid of database priorities from CTDB.

Please review and push.
