[PATCH] CTDB client code fixes

Hi,

Here is a set of fixes to new client code.  The significant changes are:

- Make g_lock API fully async and complete
- Make transaction API fully async and complete

These changes are in preparation to replace ctdb tool and most of the test
code with re-implementations using new client API.  The new ctdb tool code
is much cleaner and gets rid of many of the shortcomings of the existing
ctdb tool.
