Fixes for DNS TXT records (bug 11128)

Hi metze,

It does appear to solve the problem I was tackling, with some less 
involved changes (I wasn't actually aware of ndr_token_retrieve, this 
seems helpful). This work was part of a larger effort which should 
hopefully improve the overall testing of the DNS system and I'll make 
sure to incorporate these patches.
