We will look into this tomorrow.  Garming has been investigating a
related failure that it looks like you fix - that multiple sets of TXT
records are incorrectly parsed/formatted.  Oddly, it mostly shows up as
a failure with external tools when there are a lot of attribute/value
pairs (eg 190 bytes or more), but isn't right even for 2 pairs.
