[PATCH] CTDB client fixes

Hi,

Here are a set of patches that fix the new client code and add new APIs.

Those who were involved in a discussion around the sync API design, the
sync API will only be used by the new ctdb tool replacing the current one.
So if there is objection to the sync client API, I can take it out of
client API and instead build it into the new ctdb tool.

Please review and push.
