[PATCH] Fix setting unix permissions on a filesystem with no ACL support.

Fix tested by submitter on bug:
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10489
Ensures we can set permissions that only include
u:g:o from an incoming ACL, correctly fail if too
many ACE entries.
