Now we just need a test in our 'make test' to prove it.  Manual tests
are great, but automated tests in 'make test' are what we need.

I may agree to forgo the schema partition case (but would prefer a
test, marked knownfail), but we need these tests written.

The learning curve remains vertical, but please look at the repl_schema
and getnc_exop tests for ideas of how to test this.
