[PATCH] Fix use after free in resolve_name()

Hi,

the attached patch fixes a use after free issue in resolve_name() with 
nss_wins.

This addresses bug: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11563

It is possible that other daemons or tools segfault if we reinit the globals 
...
