[Samba 4.2] Why AIO at times, does not seem to work until I restart Samba?

I tried this operation: Trying to copy a tar file called
"index8.1.0-0-Build_2.gz" inside dir, /myfiles to desktop from Samba share
and at the same time, trying to navigate a directory inside the Samba share.
The directory is "hello" located in /myfiles/hello

It took some time, to open the directory, while the file
,myfiles/index8.1.0-0-Build_2.gz was polling in the read( ).

The logfile showed me, the dir was stuck at the point:

{{{

2015/03/20 16:17:41.750260,  5, pid=37589, effective(500, 500), real(500,
0)] ../source3/smbd/filename.c:258(unix_convert)
  unix_convert called on file "myfiles/hello"
[2015/03/20 16:17:41.750272,  5, pid=37589, effective(500, 500), real(500,
0)] ../source3/smbd/filename.c:421(unix_convert)
  unix_convert begin: name = myfiles/hello, dirpath = , start =
myfiles/hello

}}}
And it freed from here, only after the file myfiles/index8.1.0-0-Build_2.gz
was out of read loop (till the file finished downloading in the fuse-mount
and was available for copy in Samba)
I am attaching the log for more details.
