libwbclient wb_common needs context initialising...

<sigh> doesn't matter how much testing, something's
always going to slip through... sorry.

Would appreciate it if someone would review and push the attached
patch.

Note this won't affect any of the Samba internal code that calls
the winbind libraries as context is always NULL in that case (at
present). But does affect external calls with context set.
