Samba DEBUG in OpenChange

I actually think we are way too averse to reverting things in Samba,
considering it some sort of insult.

If something introduces a regression, we should unbreak it by rolling
back and trying again rather than trying to fix things in HEAD,
holding everybody else back at the same time.
