The bug line should be after the subject. The bug should be in open or 
assigned state. You should add the patch as an attachement and you need to set 
the review flag to two samba team members. Normally the one who added the RB+ 
for the patch.

When you get the to review+ flags, the bug is assigned to Karolin for 
inclusion. Once they have been pushed to the repo through autobuild the bug is 
closed by our release manager!
