[Release Planning 4.1] Samba 4.1.18 on April 27th

Thanks Andreas.

Please find in attachment the 2 patches cherry-picked from master to
v4-1-test and which OpenChange would really need in forthcoming 4.1.18
release.

There are 2 reasons why these 2 patches are required for OpenChange:

    1. OpenChange is currently based on 4.1.x series and these patches
are required for the OpenChange asynchronous notification service
which we are about to merge into master.

    2. OpenChange does not work yet with Samba 4.2.x because we are
still in the process of moving away from DEBUG() to our own logging
system. With these patches being applied for 4.1.18 release, our
users can continue building and running OpenChange while relying on
a packaged Samba version. This also offer us just enough time for us
to move on, finish the API and catch up with series based on master.

Kind Regards,
Julien.
