Well I would really like to know the currently *used* architectures for
samba.  I have built and tested CTDB on Linux, AIX and FreeBSD.  If there
are other platforms of interest, we can make the required changes.  I guess
till then we can leave the --with-cluster-support as is.

Here are some patches to the build that get rid of the unnecessary
configure checks since CTDB source is now bundled.
