Comprehensive re-write of the classicupgrade HowTo and other changes

Hi,

During my migration, I detected some other problem for having a good 
classic-upgrade.

remove builtin-group 
Administrator username must have the SID of administrator,not 
Administrateur (french username of Administrator)
