As a start I created https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10695
"Samba 4.3 can't be released bug" similar to
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10077 "Samba 4.2 can't be
released bug"

We need to have a look at the blocker bugs of
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10077
and may move them to https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10695.

I'd like to do a new tdb release and get all the mutex related patches
into master.
I think it also makes sense to have the first my
master3-multi-channel-ok patches
in to reduce the diff between 4.2 and master. Then we're ready for 4.2.0rc1
which would be the branch point.

I think other features should be deferred to 4.3 e.g. leases,
multi-channel, witness...
If they are ready soon we can think about doing 4.3 a bit earlier so that
the time between 4.1 and 4.3 is 2*9 month (or a bit less).
