[PATCHES] CTDB - RHEL7/systemd script fix, logging tweaks, scheduler tweak

4 pretty simple patches:

* Allow CTDB scripts to start/stop NFS with systemd instead of SYSV
  init, rather than failing.

* 2 logging tweaks.

* When setting SCHED_FIFO also set SCHED_RESET_ON_FORK to avoid having
  to reset after fork.

Please review and push if OK.
