Patches for buildfarm

Hi Andrew,

Looks like we have not changed tdb2 to ntdb.  Here's a patch that changes
tdb2 to ntdb.

I would like to add ctdb to the build.  How does ftp/unpacked/<tree> get
automatically updated?  Is there a cron job?
