smb2 max credits special behaviour

We're trying to remove special cases in the loadparm code and we were
wondering if there was any real meaning behind the special behaviour
with 0 and smb2 max credits.

From when it was originally added,
2ac579ca76452c58022e8b9e41d5168dd25fe3b0, it looks like it's always been
set. The documentation doesn't seem to mention anything implying 0 means
default.

Would it be ok to simply remove?

Cheers,

Garming
