Need we port patches from socket_wrapper.git to samba.git

the patches will be ported with a new release of socket_wrapper. I'm waiting 
for Michael his bind patch to do a new release.

In the meantime I suggest you checkout the socket_wrapper repo and compile and 
install it. Samba will then detect the system version and use it.
