[PATCHES] CTDB - minor improvements

0001-ctdb-eventscripts-Don-t-check-if-iface-is-empty.patch

  Removing an unnecessary check makes the code more readable.

0002-ctdb-eventscripts-Update-comment-in-11.routing.patch

  I find the current comment a bit confusing so trying to clarify.

0003-ctdb-eventscripts-Add-check-for-invalid-policy-routi.patch

  Probably the most important patch in this bunch.  Policy routing
  should disallow configuration that can cause system routing tables to
  be overwritten.

0004-ctdb-daemon-Move-a-ZERO_STRUCT-to-a-better-place.patch

  The existing location of the ZERO_STRUCT() is mysterious, so move it,
  explain it... and explain some other things.  :-)

Please review and push if OK.
