Seeing naming conflicts with computer name objects after joins ...

Hi folks,

In a couple of cases now we have seen objects with names similar to
the computer accounts of joined machines except that they are conflict
names ...

The machines are running Samba 3.6.12+.

What causes these conflict names to be generated? Is there some way to
avoid them?
