Which patches are NOT for 4.0?

Well it's what we do for released branches, and I think it works
really well. It's up to us engineers to have the discipline to make
it work though. I'm willing to commit to it, even though it can
look a heavyweight process it ends up being more lightweight than
having to issue bugfix releases later :-).

As metze has voluenteered I'm happy to be reviewer for these
bugs also.
