Hi Kai, well I did have a look at interface.c but it might as well be 
written in klingon because I don't understand it, but the fact that the 
loopback addr is excluded seems to me, to be worse than forgetting about 
it, but there must be a reason for it. We just need whoever wrote it, to 
explain why.
