Does anyone have a test case for Bug 9173 - SMB2 compound request create/delete_on_close/close doesn't work as windows?

Hi folks,

We are seeing an issue with Samba 3.6.6+ where files are sometimes
getting stuck with DELETE_PENDING seemingly because Delete On Close
was set but the file did not get deleted.

I am trying to see if what we are seeing is a case of 9173, so a test
case would be useful.
