[PATCH] fix detection of a compliant md5 system lib

Hello,

Find attached a patch for master in order to address the detection of 
md5 on platforms where it's in the system (*bsd, solaris).

This patch tries to be the synthesis of patches proposed and included in 
3.6.* in order to fix bugs:
* 9037
* 9086
* 9094

It also take care for (admittedly a bit broken) distribution that have 
cyrus sasl's md5 in /usr/include.

Note that I tested it only my linux and mac platforms and not on *bsd 
(freebsd, openbsd ...) but it should work.

Please push if ok.
