Moving a s4 DC to a different host

When I seize from the target DC all roles, three of five work and schema and 
naming are resulting in errors:

"samba-tool fsmo show" in the end says, that four roles are now on the new 
host (TEST_DC2), even if two had failed.

Do you have any idea what went wrong? Let me know if I can provide further 
information/logs.

I'm running rc4 on both machines in my test environment at the moment.
