Need to relicence xattr wrappers (FreeBSD xattr support for Samba4)

I've worked on a series of patches to move our source3/lib/system.c
xattr wrappers to libreplace:

I've checked them on my FreeBSD 8.2 VM (naturally, further comments most
welcome).

What I do need however is your (as listed copyright holders) permission
to relicence your code from lib/system.c to the LGPLv3 or later, to
match the rest of libreplace. 

If you could let me know, I can then proceed to ensure this support is
available for Samba 4.0 beta1.
