When was 'session setup' introduced? (propose to change server-side min protocol to match)

I would agree that support for Core Protocol can probably safely go away. 
We probably don't support Core Protocol correctly anyway.

...but the evidence is that Windows servers do (reasonably) correctly 
support Core Protocol.

Just sayin'...
