Samba 4 alpha 20 causes failures in profile reading/writing

I am not sure if I was running alpha 18 or 19, but upon upgrading to
alpha 20, things do not work as they should. WIndows 7 always complains
about user profile not being read correctly, LibreOffice is unable to
create new settings directories in the user profile (if the settings
exist, LO crashes which I only see when S4 is failing to work properly).
I always remove bin, sbin, lib64, lib, include from /usr/local/samba
before compiling. So, I am not sure what is going on.
Any suggestions?
