I just wanted to provide an update. I compiled bind 9.8.1 without using 
the options --with-gssapi and without dlopen and get the same errors as 
noted.

Also I have joined the samba-technical IRC and have pinged you Amitay 
and seems like you are away. If you come back online and I am not online 
please send an email and I will try to login asap (As long as I am not
