I am running CentOS 6.2 with bind 9.8.1 using ./configure --with-gssapi=/usr/include/gssapi --with-dlopen=yes as noted on the Samba 4 wiki. With seLinux disabled at the moment. 

I have disabled the other network card and get the same errors. I will try to build Bind without those options tomorrow and let you know. Also I will try to get on IRC to see if we can work on this issue there.
