ldb from git?

I receive the following error when trying to run samba:

# samba

samba: /usr/lib/ldb/libccan.so.0: version `SAMBA_4.0.0ALPHA18_GIT_
C19753B' not found (required by /usr/lib/libsmbconf.so.0)

Currently /usr/lib/ldb/libccan.so.0 is linked to
libccan.so.0.1-init-1161-g661d41f

i have compiled and installed
http://www.samba.org/ftp/pub/ldb/ldb-1.1.4.tar.gz and the latest git of
samba4.

Is it possible to download ldb from git? if so, what is the command?
