smbcli connection using public libs only

It looks like pysmb uses smbcli_full_connection so maybe the right
thing is to make smbcli_full_connection _PUBLIC_?

smblsa_*() also take in struct smbcli_state (constructed by
smbcli_full_connection), but they're not exposed publicly at the
moment so they don't weigh in quite as much..
