Bind Failed to load sdlc

Short version.. git pull;make;make install once this was complete I 
could not start bind with the errors below,
I then make clean; git clean -x -f -f -d;configure;make;make install (I 
tried the configuring with both, configure and configure.developer
same error.

I then moved the samba-master and samba4 directories to backup 
directories so I could test pulling a master git just to test starting 
from scratch,  when I was running the initial provision it failed at the 
dns/dlz provisioning.. (unfortunately I did not save the errors)

I have since returned to the original install hoping to fix.

I'm getting the feeling something is corrupted somewhere? Any guidance 
is greatly appreciated.
