You where right, I rised the function level of the domain and it worked like a charm!
Thank you very much and my appologies for such a dummy problem.
By the way, I'm planning to use samba in production into our company that is middle sized and quite known here in Uruguay, so if I manage to make this work, it can be a good reference for the project :-)
