Have a look at how I now add the .distversion file - it shows how we can
generate files during 'waf dist' (just os.system should be fine to run
the script) and how we can include them at the end of the tarball.

Thanks.  It really should be just a matter of fixing the config written
out in file_server/file_server.c to have the right stuff in it.
