Sorry, I didn't pick up the connection, because I focused on the comment
above the #ifdef.  I'm fine with this for now.  I also suspect Samba4
simply doesn't need it anyway, particularly if kai moves us away from
using bind9 to handle our DNS updates (as we cannot push this setting
into GSSAPI anyway).
