Samba 4 NTP Server Abilities

Hello,

I see that Samba 4.0 has a built in NTP server however when I try to query it the server does not respond at all.  I have verified connectivity from the client using telnet to the server on port 37 and received garble (as with the regular NTP server) then a closed connection by the host. Is the NTP server specific for Win32 machines or are there any special parameters that need to be added to smb.conf to allow for its functionality?
