Just to note, while I still wish to combine Domain Master Browser with
being a PDC, I won't be proceeding with this patch.  Writing
documentation makes you think carefully about how users will use these
options, and I'm reworking it. 

I'm hoping to keep "domain master" as a boolean "pdc emulator".  This
term is better known, as even Samba3 DCs never really needed a PDC, as
many ldap environments were multi-master.
