[PATCH] Remove incomplete netlogon reply from nmbd

This patch removes the incorrect and incomplete netlogon reply from
nmbd, originally added as part of attempts by Anthony Liguori and co to
build an AD server back in 2002.

This code produces incorrect results, as it returns a hardcoded
"Default-First-Site-Name" and other flags, which cannot be determined
correctly without database access.

Simo, I'm CCing you because I want to ensure you were not planning on
building on top of this for the FreeIPA work you mentioned yesterday.
