Version 1.0 of the document on writing Samba VFS Modules is available ...

Hi folks,

I have finally released version 1.0 of this document. It can be obtained here:

           http://www.samba.org/~sharpe/The-Samba-VFS.pdf

Main changes are that I have added a table of contents so you can go
directly to what you are interested in, and have completed some
sections that were previously thin or non-existent.

The next release will probably be done on the Wiki.
