Samba 4 requires always PAM

Compiling has worked.

Some options:

I'm missing at least "/usr/sbin/nmbd" and "/usr/sbin/smbd" - there must  
be another big error.

Many other programs are compiled; p.e. "testparm --version" shows  
4.0.0alpha15.

Running "make test" breaks with the famous last lines
